Our expectations from the candidate:
- level of English language proficiency at a level not lower, than B2 (oral and written);
- experience in negotiating and solving difficult situations;
- skills in building trusting relationships with employees and clients;
- correct spelling, excellent written and oral communication;
- prompt response to management requests and flexibility in decision-making.
Previous work experience in business, migration, tourism and social spheres or in managerial positions in sales and customer service will be an additional plus.

- conducting an analysis of the profitability of the company's existing services and implementing new areas of activity aimed at expanding the range of servicesthe company's niche;
- deep market analysis followed by the implementation of solutions to optimize the company's internal processes, as well as the development of new procedures;
- increasing the productivity of vertical employees, motivation for the effective performance of assigned tasks;
- control and coordination of the work of representative offices;
- budgeting and project revenue forecasting;
- conducting interviews with candidates for vacant vertical positions;
- supporting communication with the marketing department.
