You are a good fit for us if:

• you have 8+ years of experience as a lawyer and have the qualifications of a legal advisor or barrister;
• you have very good and practical knowledge of consumer law and the retail / e-commerce industry;
• you have at least 3 years of experience in managing a legal department (at least 3 people);
• you have experience in advising managers/senior management,
• you have experience in preparing and negotiating contracts that are important from a business point of view;
• you plan and organize your own work effectively and can prioritize tasks;
• you are involved in the assigned tasks and take responsibility for them;
• you are solution-oriented and have a business and analytical approach to legal issues;
• you feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and in multitasking and under time pressure;
• you communicate in a simple way.

Welcome:

• experience as an in-house lawyer in the retail / e-commerce industry;
• experience in competition law, new technology law and company law.
