Key tasks:

• Formation and implementation of personnel and competence development strategy
• Building a system of training, onboarding and leadership development
• Implementation of performance evaluation systems (Performance Review, 180/360, 1:1)
• Development of personnel reserve and mentoring programs
• Management of modern learning formats
• Learning effectiveness and impact on business indicators
• Implementation of L&D projects and cross-functional interaction
• 
  

This role is for you if you:

think strategically and systematically
• have experience in building L&D processes
• can combine people, data and business
