About the role
Head of L&D will be the architect of the learning and development system at KSE. This is a role that involves building a function from the ground up – from methodology and policies to launching tools in line with global best practices.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement the L&D strategy for the entire KSE ecosystem
- Build the learning architecture: competencies, development maps, programs for different levels and functions
- Participate in the project to develop and implement a competency model and system assessments
- Methodological and methodical work: creating policies, recommendations, consulting managers
- Cooperation with the KSE Business School for the development and coordination of training plans and programs, integration of corporate and academic practices into the employee development system
- Planning and organization of executive development programs (from first-time managers to senior leadership)
- LMS implementation and launch of e-learning programs: platform selection, purchase/development courses
- Involving internal and external experts to conduct trainings and workshops
- Cooperation with KSE educational units for knowledge exchange between teachers and staff
- Analysis of the effectiveness of training programs and adaptation according to the needs of the organization
- Creation of a culture of continuous learning and development of knowledge sharing tools
We expect:
- 7+ years of experience in L&D or organizational development (preferably in complex structures or educational organizations)
- Practical experience in building L&D functions or complex development programs
- Experience in developing and implementing competency models and assessment systems
- Knowledge of modern L&D methods and tools (LMS, e-learning, blended learning)
- Understanding global practices of leadership development and talent management
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work with stakeholders of different levels
- English is not lower than Upper-Intermediate (the working language for programs and materials)
