Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager who will build a learning and development strategy in the company, become an architect of the knowledge and development system competencies that support business goals and corporate culture. We need a professional who can combine strategic vision with practical implementation tools.
Main tasks:
Development and implementation of learning and development strategies according to needs business.
Creation of a learning architecture: programs for different levels (newbies, personnel reserve, managers, experts).
Formation of a system of continuous personnel development (mentoring, e-learning, engagement programs).
Evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs, KPI analysis, recommendations for management.
Implementation of modern training approaches.
Building a development culture and supporting recognition and mentoring programs.
L&D project management and coordination of internal and external training providers.
Partnering with business lines to identify future competencies and development talents.
Requirements:
Experience in the field of L&D / HR from 3 years.
Understanding modern methods and trends in training and development.
Analytical skills to measure the impact of training on business.
Ability to build strategies and system solutions.
Communication and facilitation skills.
Ambition, result orientation, proactivity.
