1. You work professionally with the Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, you have successful cases, but you understand that setting up ads is only the first step in your career. 

2. You are interested in all forms of lead generation. You research and test new tools and connections to increase traffic. 

3. You are fanatical about analytics, you know what multi-channel sequences are, you are not afraid of PBI and Lookerstudio. 

4. You have great self-organization skills. For you, remote work is a way to have more time, not a reason for procrastination. 

5. You feel the potential of managing people, in training and motivation, you know how to provide feedback, and you can already distribute your workload and delegate tasks.

6. Don't be afraid to take responsibility for many clients' money . You can redistribute funds to effective campaigns in time.

7. You have experience in creating paid lead generation strategies.

8. You are interested in all traffic attraction channels. Even if you do not understand them yet, you are interested in understanding them at least at the level to effectively manage specialists in this field.
