Head of labor protection and industrial safety in Kovalska

Main requirements:

• Higher education (economic/technical/occupational safety )
• Experience of working as a leading engineer or head of the OP and PB department at production / industrial enterprises
• Experience of working with expert and expert-technical organizations and control bodies
• Availability of a certificate of completion of studies according to the rules of VP
• Availability of a fire-technical minimum and IV group electrical safety certificate
• Experience in the implementation of management systems in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 45001 and/or OHSAS 18001
• Knowledge of current Ukrainian legislation and international standards on health and safety management
• Knowledge of the process of investigation of accidents and incidents at production enterprises
• Skills of conducting of safety audits
• Knowledge of professional risk assessment methods and experience in implementing risk-oriented approaches
• Knowledge of rules and means of monitoring compliance of the technical condition of equipment with safety requirements
• Fundamentals of planning, budgeting , general economic knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Control of the functioning of the management system of labor protection and industrial safety in production
• Control of compliance with the requirements of the rules of the actual state of machines, mechanisms, vehicles, equipment and tools, operation of equipment, protective equipment, tests, inspections in the unit, conducting safety audits at the workplaces of the unit
• Execution control in subdivision of instructions of controlling bodies, orders and orders for the enterprise, measures developed based on the results of accident investigations, organization of preparation of materials for the head of the enterprise for holding meetings on occupational safety
• Implementation of measures to prevent accidents, occupational diseases, development and the implementation of corrective measures based on the results of inspections and investigations of incidents.
• Conducting comprehensive inspections of the enterprise's structural units and preparing documents based on the results of the inspections
• Developing the regulatory framework (instructions, regulations, standards) of the enterprise

• Organization and control of training, briefings, knowledge checks and/or electronic testing of knowledge on labor protection issues, availability of labor protection instructions, technological maps at workplaces, briefings in the unit, compliance with labor protection and fire safety requirements
• Control of providing employees of the enterprise with means of collective and individual protection, overalls, special equipment and their usenym
• Organization of risk assessment at the workplaces of the enterprise
• Participates in the investigation of accidents, occupational diseases at work, prepares materials for the investigation commission, participates in the work of the commission for the analysis of root causes events and accidents (ACPP)
• Provision of methodical assistance to heads of structural divisions in the development of programs, regulations, instructions and other documents on occupational safety and industrial safety, development of occupational safety measures based on the results of workplace certification.

• Conducting briefings on occupational safety and fire safety in the unit
• Control of compliance with legislation in the field of PPE and PB, introduction of corporate standards at the enterprise, as well as tracking changes in legislation
• li>Conducting internal audits of company facilities, new technologies and projects implemented in the company
• Communication with regulatory bodies
