Your tasks: span>
develop and implement L&D strategies;" "> manage training programs and LMS system;
implement innovative programs and technologies for team development;
coordinate training and staff development projects;
organize trainings and educational sessions;
to analyze the effectiveness of training programs.
From you we expect:
experience in developing training and development strategies;
experience in managing training programs and teams;
knowledge of modern learning methodologies and LMS;
data analysis and reporting skills;
proficiency in English at the B2 level and above.
