During this time, we have accumulated considerable experience in the field of marketing, expanded to the countries of Europe, Asia, Latin America, and gathered more than 200 employees around the world. We realized that we are ready for changes, so we created a brand for communication with talents in order to develop Ukrainian business all over the world together.

The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. We needHead of L&Dfor coordinating the department, developing training strategies, evaluating the quality of programs and creating a training culture in the international Call Center.

Your tasks:

• develop and implement L&D strategies;" ">

  manage training programs and LMS system;

• implement innovative programs and technologies for team development;

• coordinate training and staff development projects;

• organize trainings and educational sessions;

• to analyze the effectiveness of training programs.

From you we expect:

• experience in developing training and development strategies;

• experience in managing training programs and teams;

• knowledge of modern learning methodologies and LMS;

• data analysis and reporting skills;

• proficiency in English at the B2 level and above.
