This is a strategic role with the aim to drive multi-country product specifications across organizations in industries such as food and beverage, manufacturing, logistics, and other similar industrial workplace environments.Primary Responsibilities:Strategic Account Management: You'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan for key accounts, driving revenue growth by securing product specifications across multiple regions. Your focus will be on sectors such as food and beverage, manufacturing, logistics, and other related industrial workplace environments.Team Leadership: As a senior leader, you will oversee a team of Key Account Managers, supporting them in meeting their individual sales targets and contributing to our overall business growth. You'll provide guidance, coaching, and support to enhance their performance and professional growth.Collaboration with Internal Teams: You'll liaise closely with the product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach towards achieving the company's objectives. You will help translate product features into client-specific benefits to effectively communicate A-Safe's value proposition.Customer Relationship Management: You'll cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. By understanding their business challenges and objectives, you'll position A-Safe as a strategic partner.Market Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies and anticipate new business opportunities.Requirements:Experience: Ideally a minimum of 15 years of experience in key account management, with a track record of success in achieving sales targets and managing large, complex accounts in the industrial sector.Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the industrial sector, specifically the food and beverage, manufacturing, and logistics industries. Familiarity with safety industry or similar sectors would be beneficial.Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans for key accounts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently within the US, and occasionally worldwide, as necessary.Education: A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
