Head of IT Support in QATestLab

QATestLab is an international IT company, a leading player in the market of independent testing providers in Ukraine and Eastern Europe. Now we in search of Head of IT Support join our team.

< b style="font-weight: 700">Responsibilities:

• Managing the IT support department, providing effective distribution of work and control over the execution of tasks.
• Definition of task priorities, organization of team work to achieve goals.
• Management of a team of 6+ employees.
• Optimization of work processes department and implementation of DevOps approaches.
• Execution and implementation of internal projects and tasks.
• Management, motivation and development of the team.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing a team of IT specialists (4+ years), number of subordinates from 6 people.
• Experience in system administration (4+ years), including Linux.

• Experience supporting external IT servers (such as AWS, G-Suite, etc.).
• Understanding ITSM standards.
• Experience configuring Apache 2, Nginx web servers.
• Experience of working with mysql, postgres only at the level of administrative tasks (backup, data restoration, server administration).
• Developed management skills, high level of self-organization.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
• Ci/Cd (Jenkins) automation and organization skills (preferred).
• Automation experience using Ansible (preferred).
