Head of IT projects in Vega Telecom

What tasks await you:

• Managing the full cycle of IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies: from planning to implementation.
• Coordination of cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring effective communication between project participants and stakeholders.
• Assessment and risk management, control of the budget and deadlines.
• Analysis of business results of projects, preparation of reports, optimization of processes.

Necessary skills and experience:

• 3 years of IT project management experience.
• Practical application of Agile and Waterfall.
• Ability to work with Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar.
• Skills of team management, conflict resolution, facilitation.
• Analytical thinking, result orientation, systematic approach.
• English language Intermediate level
