Job description

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a banking institution.
• In-depth knowledge of the legal framework and requirements of the NBU regarding IT systems of the bank.
• Practical experience in managing IT infrastructure services.
• Understanding the principles of ensuring continuity IT services and information security.

Main responsibilities:

• Control and ensuring smooth operation of the bank's IT infrastructure.
• Ensuring stable operation and timely updating of automated banking systems (ABS B2, IFOBS, M.E.Doc and other information systems).
• Control, support and administration of ARM-SEP, ARM-INFO.
• Administration of Windows-based servers (Active Directory, MS Exchange).
• Support and development of IT infrastructure monitoring systems.
• Ensuring timely updates and correct operation of antivirus systems.
• Organization and control of backup and recovery processes data.
• Providing support to users when working with the bank's information systems.
• Interaction and coordination of work with external contractors and IT service providers.
• Control and optimization of IT system maintenance and development costs.
