Your primary mission:
Ensure the technical stability and modernization of electronic interaction systems of executive authorities (SEV OVV), managing processes from strategic planning to operational management. Your role is key in the transformation of the state's critical infrastructure, which requires a combination of in-depth technical knowledge and management skills.

The focus of work:
- strategic and operational planning of the IT department, formation of the Knowledge Base and implementation of internal regulations;
- management of the life cycle of critical systems; style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>– management of SEV 2.0 and "HIVE" 2.0 update projects;
– ensuring smooth operation and infrastructure security;
– optimization of financial processes and justification of tariffs;
– coordination of interaction with procurement and finance departments;
- optimization and organization of effective work of the First Line of Support (reception, classification, resolution of appeals), work with CRM/Service Desk and SED;
– control of the administration of systems, networks, databases, ensuring reliable operation and support of interaction, including SEV OVV;
– management contractual relations, including international technical assistance.

We expect from you:
higher education;
- 5+ years of experience in IT, administration or support;
2+ years of experience in a managerial position (team/unit management);
– willingness to work in an office, in Kyiv;
– experience in organizing a Service Desk and working with electronic document management systems;
– practical experience in conducting contractual work, knowledge of the basics of contract law;
– understanding IT infrastructure, in particular system administration and network technologies;
– experience in managing assets and organizing their inventory/write-off;
project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or IT management certificates;
- fluency in English; font-weight: 400">experience in automating processes, optimizing costs or participating in large-scale IT projects;
experience in working with regulatory and legal documents related to state document circulation.
