  What should be done?

  • Manage the personnel of the unit (organization, motivation, planning and monitoring the work of employees.
  • Support tender purchases of IT equipment and software: conduct market analysis, draw up specifications, prepare tender documentation, carry out contractual work.
  • Manage IT equipment warehouses: receive goods, issue goods according to requests, carry out inventories.
  • Make a budget for the purchase of IT equipment, monitor its compliance, make settlements with counterparties, accompany accounting documents.
  • Control and manage the Department's financial flows, create analytical reports, including in terms of budgets, information systems, cost groups and others, visualization.

  What do we expect?

  • Higher education (economic/technical)
  • Experience conducting negotiations with suppliers and concluding contracts.
  • Knowledge of the nomenclature and nomenclature and technical documentation of IT products.
  • Knowledge of the market of technical equipment, structures, spare parts and pricing principles.
  • li>Experience in working with financial documents and procurement portals.
  • Keeping warehouse records.
  • A confident PC user (Excel), 1C, SAP.

  • Orientation for continuous developmentcurrent and improvement; Organized documents: e.g. an existing military registration document (for men up to 25 years old - "prescriptive", after 25 years old - military ID); valid passport (unexpired).
