, support and development of ERP, CRM systems, etc.;
Development of IT business processes, as well as architectural IT solutions (business systems and infrastructure);Management of IT projects for business automation -processes, implementation and development of the company's IT systems; Support and development of ERP systems, optimization of its work, adjustments in accordance with business requirements; IT risk management; Ensuring smooth operation of IT - infrastructure 24/7 and its technological updating and development (50+ servers, 1000+ PCs and other devices, 300+ RF Data collection terminals, data channels, network equipment);Management IT budget and IT procurement; Management, motivation and team development; Providing internal user support (Service Desk). It seems that we are looking for you! 5 years as an IT team responsible for IT infrastructure, SW development, ERP/ CRM systems; 24/7 complex infrastructure management (Terminal servers, Database servers, Data storage, Virtualization systems, Linux Server Line, PC fleet 500+, Network equipment, VPN);with cloud solutions and protection and security solutions;with various technology stacks such as MySQL, Postgre, ITIL/ITSM, Agile technologies, as well as Apache, IIS web servers; Service Desk (Help Desk) management; knowledge of project management methodology and practical experience in managing IT projects; understanding of the features work of IT networks in retail trade; intermediate level of English is desirable.
