Websites of our companies: Kvitka Profit Center (distribution): kwitka.ua Kvitka ABOUT (production): pro.kwitka.ua Kvitka Service: service-center.kwitka.ua Sverlyk: sverlyk.com.ua Contact with development, we are looking for a head of the IT department who organizes IT system work in three key divisions: the BAS development department of the KUP, the web projects department and the administration department (the organizational structure of the IT department drive.google.com/...​5ElYpNE5/view?usp=sharing ) Responsibilities: Strategic planning, implementation of the development of the company's IT systems, coordination of the implementation of IT projects ; Support and development of IT infrastructure; Support and development of nabazi1C systems (BAS KUP); Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the company's IT services; Interaction with external contractors on the implementation of IT projects, provision of IT services, procurement of equipment and software; Management of a team of IT specialists from 6 employees; Strategic planning, organization of work and achievement of set goals by the IT department. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in managing an IT team that was responsible for IT infrastructure Successful experience in implementing IT solutions (at least 1C is a big plus) Knowledge of project management methodology and practical experience in managing IT projects; Strategic thinking skills, a pragmatic and logical approach to problem analysis and solving. Knowledge of the principles of building management accounting in 1C is a big plus.
