You are our person if: you have 2 years of experience in KVP; you speak excellent English (B2+); you know how to manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to the closing of deals; you are a leader - after whom the team will follow; a result maker, not a process worker; you have a strong skill in negotiation and persuasion; you have strategic thinking with an understanding of sales metrics and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions. Our company will really need your skills, as you will have to: effectively work on the development of the international sales department to maintain team spirit, motivation and build internal relationships that are in line with the company's values; develop and implement comprehensive motivation programs for the team; conduct market analysis, strategic pricing and selection of sales channels to expand markets ;develop strategic planning, including sales forecasting and sales plan implementation;monitor accounts receivable and timely repayment;collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service quality;represent the company at exhibitions and events to increase brand awareness and attracting new customers.
