You`ll have a huge level of autonomy and a well-coordinated team that will help support the educational process at a high level.Learn about our approach:We believe in hands-on learning, so our educational programs consist of 80% of practice and only 20% of theory.We`ve built our own LMS system which helps us to make our education process smooth and consistent. Your tasks will be:Overseeing education and student placement processes in Poland & Brazil Leading, managing, and hiring a team of coordinatorsOwning team OKRs and driving the team to achieve ambitious goalsImplementing improvements in educational processesStudying the local characteristics of the labor markets in Poland and Brazil and proposing innovative approaches to the process of studying and employing students in these countriesUsing a data-driven approach to find, test, and launch new strategies for effective student placementDocumenting new educational and employment processes.What will you need to succeed:2+ years of experience in such roles as Project manager, Lead recruiter, Lead HR. Proven experience in managing educational processes in product companies (EdTech experience is a bonus)Proven experience in scaling teamsSolid experience in people managementThe ability to build processes and test ideas at a rapid paceGreat analytical skills and a data-driven, business approachExperience working in an international environment, and managing international teams - will be an additional plus!Empathy to people and the desire to help themEnglish at least Upper-IntermediateGetting things done attitudeCases you will encounter:Ensure all our education processes are consistent and efficientDay-to-day cooperation with coordinators to find the best way to employ students in the current market.Work closely with analytics and the job market to identify blind spots and proactively address issues (e.g., a significant drop in the number of vacancies).Make decisions about launching new groups in a financially justified manner and tailored to the needs of the labor market.
