Head of international cooperation at BRAVE1

BRAVE1 is a cluster for the development of defense technologies in Ukraine. We promote innovation and bring revolutionary products to life in the interests of security and defense forces. We are currently looking for an experienced manager to develop and strengthen cooperation with international partners.

What to do:

• creating and maintaining strategic partnerships with international ecosystem companies, funds and other key players in the global market
• development and implementation of a strategy for the development of international cooperation to achieve the goals of the cluster, including planning of long-term initiatives and projects
• development and implementation, search for effective solutions for cooperation and development of defense tech in Ukraine
• conducting negotiations and presentations with international partners, concluding agreements and achieving favorable terms of cooperation
• forming and maintaining a positive image of the cluster on the international arena through active participation in events, forums, conferences

What is needed:

• higher education in the field of business, international relations, technology or other relevant field
• 5 years of work experience in the field of international cooperation , in particular in the technology or innovation sector
• experience in strategic planning and project management at the international level
• high level of communication skills and experience in negotiating with international partners
• a must vernacular English upper-intermediate and above
• ability to quickly perceive, respond, process and summarize information
• ability to think strategically
• willingness to share experience and ideas, openness in the exchange of information
• a clear vision of the result, responsibility for the performance of one's tasks
• strong analytical abilities, initiative and the ability to work in a dynamic environment

Will be an advantage:

• knowledge of other foreign languages ​​
