Location Kyiv.Key responsibilities:Collaborate with CEO and the Board Management team to develop and implement the Company's strategic vision for the IT.Managing Product Development (web and app) ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives through all the platform with a highload infrastructure .Lead the projects of digital transformation to support business strategy in e-commerce upscaling and operational excellence.Drive the implementation of a new ERP system as well as further development of ERP and CRM. Provide technical leadership of internal and external engineering teams to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.Lead the adoption of innovative and robust product development practices within the company and enhancing the product management discipline including automation and tools development.Lead and develop a high-performance IT team, fostering a culture of excellence, togetherness and innovation. Qualification: Proven experience in an IT Senior Role (CIO, CTO, IT Head) is required. Experience in retail, e-commerce and supply chain will be a plus.Technical expertise and proven track records in web development, APP| Mob development, E-commerce (Magento, JavaScript for React Native)Manage development team (outsource or/and in-house), evaluation of software development efforts.Advanced skills in managing projects, leading change initiatives, and implementing new systems or processes within an organization.Fluent in Ukrainian and good command of English.
