Head of the information agency in King Star Alliance

We are looking for an ambitious person, editor-in-chief or manager who can build a national news agency from scratch. Our ideal candidate is a journalist with experience and abilities in the Republic of Moldova, or a PM with a journalistic background. The customer expects you to use your experience in this field, and he, for his part, will provide the freedom and resources to achieve the goal. Your main activity will be focused on creating and supporting the functioning of an information agency that will cover the main events of Ukraine. Tasks: development of the concept and global strategy of the news agency (IA); creation of annual plans for the development and promotion of the IA; selection and management of the team, construction of editorial processes; operational and long-term editorial planning; coordination of editorial offices for writing news, interviews, columns; supervision work of all IA departments; forecasting and planning of IA development, budgeting and protection of plans and budgets. Areas of work The main direction of your work will be the creation, support and development of an information agency, which will include: creation and development of media resources (sites) and their social networks ; construction and coordination of all necessary departments for the operation of AI; creation and organization of work of YouTube and Telegram channels of AI; monetization of AI and organization of commercial departments. Requirements: 2 years of experience in a similar position; understanding of the following traffic channels: SEO, PPC, SMM/Target, YouTube, Telegram, Email. Understanding of marketing research methods, market analysis, brand management and reputation management; experience in creating and developing media resources (websites, social networks, YouTube and Telegram channels); clear understanding and knowledge of the media market of Ukraine; the ability to assess risks for the agency and the ability to take responsibility in risky tasks; experience in building an effective team and improving the skills of subordinates; proactivity, independent task setting and prioritization between tasks; excellent communication and organizational skills; high motivation for long-term cooperation, readiness for dynamic work; large-scale thinking, lack of fear of new things and the ability to work under irregular deadlines and quickly react to situations. Having your own verified database of contacts of authors, journalists and copywriters will be a big plus.
