Friends, we are currently looking for a Head of ICT risk management projects and programs

Your future functionality:

• Identification of information and communication technologies (ICT) risks.
• Monitoring and prevention of violations of risk appetite and of ICT risk limits of the Bank and OTP group.
• Management decisions on ICT risk mitigation, ICT risk analysis.
• Development and maintenance of methods, tools and models for ICT risk analysis.
• li>
• Influence on high-risk decision-making, informing the Supervisory Board, the Operational Risk Management Committee, the Board.
• Application of the internal control system.
• Operational risk management.
• li>
• Participation in outsourcing risk management, scenario analysis, stress testing, business continuity planning.
• Support and support of IT solutions/modules of the Department.

Our candidate has:

• Knowledge of legislation and regulatory documents: Law of Ukraine "On Banks and Banking Activities", PP NBU No. 64, other laws of Ukraine, documents of the National Bank of Ukraine , international methodologies for internal control and risk management.
• Knowledge of software: MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint), ABS B2 PROD software (preferred).
• English language - not lower than Intermediate.
• Higher financial and economic or IT education.
• Experience in risk management and/or IT for at least 1 year as a leading expert or 3 years in other companies .
• Professional skills: risk analysis and modeling, data processing, development and updating of GNI, work planning, analytical and logical thinking, training and self-study, achieving goals.
