The Foundation works with national and international partners, donors and educational institutions, implementing programs with a real systemic impact on society.

We are growing and looking for a Humanitarian Project Manager direction to provide strategic and operational management of the humanitarian portfolio of KSE Foundation programs - from forming direction and launching initiatives to quality implementation, meeting deadlines, working with donors and key stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will be: 
Strategy and development of the direction: 
  • Participation in the formation and regular updating of the humanitarian and educational strategy.
  • Analysis of the market, trends and needs of target audiences.
  • Identification of program gaps and opportunities for development.
  • Initiation of new programs and improvement of existing formats of cooperation with stakeholders.

Managing teams and programs: 
  • Operational management of a portfolio of programs and a team of project managers.
  • Setting tasks, coordination, performance control and team development.
  • Project planning, budgeting, preparation of technical and project documentation.
  • Control of the implementation of milestones, KPI and quality standards of the Fund.
Stakeholder management and donor interaction: 
  • Interaction with donors, international partners, educational institutions, business and government structures.
  • Support of partnerships from idea to implementation - coordination of formats, roles and results.
  • Preparation of reports, analytics, presentations for donors and partners.
  • Direct representation at negotiations, meetings and project meetings, including in crisis contexts.

For this role you need:
  • Mandatory work experience in the humanitarian, social or educational non-profit sector.
  • 3-5 years of project or program management experience.
  • Confident command of project management tools, budgeting and program documentation.
  • Experience of working with international donors, grant programs and reporting.
  • Understanding the full cycle of a humanitarian project - planning > implementation > monitoring > reporting.
  • Experience scaling programs through partnerships and working with stakeholders.
  • English language – not lower than B2 level (oral and written, presentations, professional terminology). 
  • Leadership in dynamic and stressful contexts.
  • Strong project management - priorities, risks, deadlines, quality control.
  • Ability to work with high workload and uncertainty.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to manage resources.
  • Orientation on the result, not on the process for the sake of the process.
  • High level of responsibilityand maturity in decision-making.
  • Attention to details and the ability to bring tasks to completion.
  • Proactivity and focus on problem solving.
  • Ethical, integrity and responsible attitude to the organization's reputation and information security.

Will be an advantage:
  • Experience of working in international projects or technical assistance programs.
  • Experience in building or optimizing software processes in non-profit organizations.
  • Habit to implement best practices in program and partnership management.
