What is it for us to be Head of HR? It is to be a leader and manager, a mentor and mentor, a friend and support, a business coach and motivator, and most importantly - to be your own person. We are not a family, but we are a circle of teammates who unite for a common big idea and HR fulfills its key role here Immediately to the important questions: the department consists of 3 teammates who work in the direction of recruiting, onboarding, motivation, training, events and the office manager - this is a classic HR cycle) We are not templated and static - we will be happy to review the construction of the department together We are media-oriented, we highlight our team in various social networks and we wanted our Head not to be against positioning himself in the working framework We have a new field in Ukraine and the most similar to it is IT and Marketing, so having relevant experience there is a big advantage for us. personnel issues - Formation of the department's development strategy and formation of plans (together with the COO of the team) - Support of the process of hiring, pre-, on- and off-boarding - Organization of events, corporate parties, team building - Support and implementation of corporate culture - Participation in the implementation of new team projects - Facilitating the development of team leaders and their departments - Organization and application of the non-material motivation system - Organization of the functioning of extracurricular activities - Representation of the team at conferences of all levels - Control of the functioning of the HRM system - Support and implementation of the EVP system - Participation in the formation of individual development plans - Participation in the formation of the brand teams P.S.: An important note - all these areas are already implemented, but some of them need strengthening and a whole new look What we want to see in our leader:- Background in the position of Senior HR/HRD/HR PP/HR BR in the field of Digital/IT /Marketing with 100+ teammates - Experience building/managing a department of 5 people - Proven experience managing employee relations - Understanding and implementing business processes and operations - Ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build trust at all levels and across functions - Background in training and development of employees, implementation of L&D System.
