Working place  Poltava

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 3 years of experience in a senior HR position
• Understands modern HR practices: recruiting, adaptation, assessment, training, motivation, corporate culture;
• Has experience in building HR processes in a company with 200+ employees
• Able to lead a team, inspire, coordinate, delegate;
• Strategic thinking, able to build systems from scratch;
• Has strong organizational and analytical skills and a systematic approach to tasks.

Main responsibilities:

• Building and development of the HR function in accordance with the company's goals;
• Organization of recruitment, adaptation, development, and personnel evaluation processes;
• Coordination of the HR team (recruiting, training center, personnel administration)
• Working with department heads as a strategic HR partner;
• Preparation of HR analytics and management reporting
• Formation and development of corporate culture;
• Participation in large-scale transformation projects of the company
