Weare looking for anambitious and professional Head oftheHR department, who can drive the client`s HRinitiatives forward and contribute tothe overall success ofthe organization. Responsibilities: (1) Manage the HRManagers team: assist HRManagers byoverseeing commonHR processes such asemployee retention, and manage activities toimprove peer-to-peer relations alongside employee engagement, helping foster apositive organizational culture. (2) Develop HRpolicies toinform the rest ofthe organization. (3) Coach and supervise HRManagers. Keep upwith and implement organizational trends toinform best practices. (4) Oversee and reviewHR processes regularly. (5) Conduct budget planning for theHR team. (6) Substitute/Lead HRmanagers ifneeded for Employee’s 1/1conversations, handling crisis, employee evaluation process and salary raise, equipment control, events planning, health insurance control, charity activity, employees visit abroad, etc. Requirements: Atleast 2years ofworking experience inthe related field (Account manager, HRmanager ect); Atleast 1year ofwork experience asamanager ofthe team; Good English speaking and writing skills (upper-intermediate and higher) isamust; Good MSOffice (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge; Management and leadership skills; Strong analytical and communicative skills; Attention todetail and problem-solving skills; Organized, multitasking, responsibility, willingness tolearn; Being apro-active, positive-minded team-player; High skills ofbusiness communication and business correspondence.
