HRBP is a person who has the following skills: • Ability to work in a team • High level of emotional intelligence • Communicative competence • Creation of documents and regulations • Analytical skills • Diplomacy Expected results: • Development of a system of HR processes (with an emphasis on onboarding, development, engagement and off-boarding) based on the life cycle of the Veteran Hub employee with possible automation, based on the principles of transparency and openness • Creation of a value system for employees (involvement, loyalty) • Development of a strategy for improving the internal communication system in the team, in particular, feedback culture and improving communication between divisions of the organization • Formation of the organization's values ​​and their implementation in daily activities Priorities for the first 3 months of work: • Form an internal corporate policy on working with employees • Implement the HR strategy in accordance with the main goals of the organization • Review and transform the adaptation process, as we plan to increase number of employees • Form and implement EVP • Create sources to attract candidates, in particular veterans, and build the right articulation to the labor market • Build and maintain trust and partnership with the team • Participate in the formation of teams for current and future projects of the organization • Be a reliable business - as a partner and change agent in the company • Advise managers on actions from the point of view of the HR function Qualification requirements: • Work experience of 3 years or more in the position of HRBB, HRPP or HRD and willingness to work with the leaders of the organization on development tasks • Skills and experience in using performance management tools • Excellent communication skills and interaction with people • Ability to work independently and in a team (in particular, together with HR managers in online and offline format in Vinnytsia and Kyiv) Verification criteria: • Results of an employee engagement survey • Deadlines for closing vacancies • Results of performance review of managers Working conditions • Full-time employment (40 hours/week) with a comfortable work schedule and official employment • Loyalty and support at all stages of work with the possibility of career development • The only patriotic position of the team The stages we will go through together before to become one team: Call from HR Online interview Test task Final live interview We would sincerely welcome veterans and their loved ones on the Veteran Hub team, however, the position is open to all applicants Send resume and motivation letters to: au.
