Head of Human Resources in AVTOSAMIT LTD

Official TOYOTA car dealer is looking for its friendly team of head of personnel department.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience work from 3 years in a similar position;
• Perfect knowledge of labor legislation;
• knowledge of programs 1C 8.3, M.E.Doc, MS Office.

Responsibilities:

• formation of the staff list, organizational structure, orders, etc.;
• development and updating of job instructions, regulations on structural subdivisions and other regulatory personnel documents;

• formation of internal and external reporting;
• organization and control of personnel records in accordance with the legislation and internal policy of the enterprise;
• registration of hiring, transfers and dismissals of employees in accordance with the labor law legislation;
• formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes related to work activities;
• filling, keeping, accounting and preservation of work books of employees, issuing certificates to employees;

• maintenance of timesheet records, filling out sick leave sheets, etc.;
• organization and control of military records;
• supervision of personnel training issues (external and internal)
• participation in personnel selection;
• implementation of other orders of the company director in the HR direction.
