Requirements:

• high level of professional knowledge; 
• knowledge of BAS;
• experience of working in the position of head of the personnel inspector;
• experience of working in system companies with a staff of at least 200 people;
• skills of working in 1C; 
• work with schedules;
• attention and scrupulousness, communication skills, flexibility.

Functional:

• organization of the work of the personnel department;
• staffing;
• full cycle of personnel administration (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, timesheets, registration of all types of vacations and sick days, preparation employment certificate, annual leave schedules);
• preparation and approval of position and work instructions.
