Requirements for the candidate: 4 years of experience in managing all HR functions; experience in the development and implementation of a personnel selection and adaptation system; skills organize a BP development group; the ability to hear the needs/motivation of people and build communications with the team; experience of working in a manufacturing enterprise will be an advantage. Functional duties: creation and management of the HR function in the company; control and training of the HR employee in the function of personnel selection and evaluation ;support of employees during the trial period; development of an adaptation and mentoring program; planning and formation of personnel reserves; organization of the process of describing business processes in the company; participation in the development and coordination of salary systems; participation in the formation of the organizational structure.
