You can find more detailed information about the company at the link: https ://collar.com/ua We are looking for a Head of the Human Resources Department who will ensure the management of personnel records in accordance with the requirements of the law and the Company's internal corporate standards. Responsibilities: accounting for legal entities (recruitment of employees, transfers, vacations, business trips, issuing certificates, dismissals, filling out work books) work with 1C (adding, transfers, business trips, sick leave, dismissal, staff list, advance and salary reports) work with the Medok program (submission of data on new employees, compilation and submission of reports to regulatory bodies) ordering of salary cards for new employees work with the PFU website (checking sick leave, checking insurance history, work books) Requirements: higher education, work experience of 2 years or more, knowledge of labor legislation (KZpP , other regulatory acts) knowledge of legislative and regulatory legal acts knowledge of the procedure for maintaining and drawing up documentation related to personnel and their movement knowledge of the organization of timesheets knowledge of the procedure for drawing up established reporting fluency in the 1С8 program (ZUP/BAS Accounting) fluency in Microsoft Office programs Sociability, attentiveness, perseverance, focus on finding a solution, literacy, ability to learn.
