In connection with the expansion, we are opening the position of Head of the HR Department Functional Responsibilities : Management of the personnel department, organization and control of work. Management of personnel records in full. Organization of timely reporting. Improvement of business processes for personnel policy. Active participation in the Company's HR projects. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position of 3 years or more with the number of 600 or more employees. Good knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, monitoring changes in draft laws, tracking trends in the labor market. Willingness to work in a dynamic mode with professions of work specialties. The ability to take responsibility. Attention to detail, communication skills, organizational skills. Conditions: Work in a stable Company.
