Place of work: Warsaw, Byalolenko

Salary: depending on the results of the interview 

Main duties:

• Development and implementation of personnel management strategies to achieve company goals.

• Management of processes of recruitment, adaptation, development and motivation of employees.

• Creation and implementation of personnel management policies and programs.

• Career development planning and talent management.

• Conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.

• Analysis of HR analytics to increase the efficiency of personnel management.

• Development and implementation of personnel management strategy: personnel support, planning and development of personnel, management of personnel relations.

Requirements:

• Experience in management positions in HR from 3 years.

• Experience in building HR processes and department structure 

• High communication skills, leadership qualities, strategic thinking.

• Knowledge of modern personnel management practices.

• Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian, Polish (B1)

• Higher education in personnel management, psychology or related fields is a plus.
