We are looking for a qualified and experienced specialist for the position-Head of HR department.

Responsibilities:

• ensuring personnel and military records in accordance with current legislation and internal company procedures;< /li>
• management, control and coordination of personnel department specialists;
• consulting employees on matters of personnel administration;
• preparation of reports to the state. bodies and for management;
• communication with controlling bodies and participation in inspections of the State. labor services.

Requirements for candidates :

• higher education;
• similar work experience from 2 years in the company with a staff of 500 or more;
• management experience (from 2 people) and organizational skills;
• excellent knowledge of the Labor Code, instructions and standards for conducting personnel records;
• honesty, diligence, the ability to see things through;
• experience in personnel audits.
