Requirements: • Atleast 3years ofproven experience asanHRD/Head ofHRDepartment orinasimilar strategicHR role inIT; • Capability totranslate business needs into effectiveHR strategies; • Deep knowledge and practical experience withHR metrics; • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; • Understanding ofRecruitment process; • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; • Excellent presentation and engagement skills; • Analytical, interpretative, and decision-making skills; • Ability toprioritize and effectively manage between day-to-day requests and proactively drive amore strategic people agenda; • English— Upper-Intermediate. Responsibilities: • Oversee and perform allHR functions, including but not limitedto, onboarding/offboarding, performance review management, conducting 1:1meetings, and HRM system management; • Develop and implement newHR initiatives tostrengthen corporate culture; • Align HRprocesses with business objectives and needs; • Implement HRmetrics tomeasure the effectiveness ofHR initiatives; • Manage compensation and benefits programs; • Optimize and work with actual internal products and services; • Develop and monitorHR budgets and resource allocation; • Advocate for the corporate culture and values, partnering with our leaders tohelp them effectively build and manage their teams; • Together with theHR team and cross-functional group ofexperts, develop, upgrade, and roll out programs tosupport our teams, including benefits, performance, career development, and talent programs; • Improve and boost the Employer Brand tomeet the business targets; • Conduct employee surveys, tomeasure satisfaction and employee engagement.
