Optimize funnels at all stages: acquisition > activation > retention > upsell. unit-economics.
Implement A/B testing (prices, leads, messages) and confirm hypotheses with numbers.Work with cross-functional teams IT, marketing, product, design, PR).Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience: Head Digital, CMO, Growth/Performance marketing.
- Practice with GA4, BigQuery, Data Studio / Looker.
- Ability to work with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Understanding AARRR, CAC, LTV, payback period models.
- Experience in product companies (SaaS, media, e-commerce, platforms).
- System thinking, analytical and at the same time creativity.

- Hybrid format (2 days a week in the office, the rest - remote).

Purpose of the position:
We are developing a new subscription model and are looking for someone who will take on the main challenge - to scale the growth of the audience and income through performance-marketing.
We work two days a week at Parkovo-Syretska 23, three days from home.
