Head of Growth & Performance marketing in Ligamedia

Very interesting work managing the Growthand Performance departments.

Every marketer dreams of monetizing their products well, this position will reveal the talent of a quality marketing manager to the maximum.  with the team and scale campaigns in Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, SEO, email, partnerships. Optimize funnels at all stages: acquisition > activation > retention > upsell. unit-economics.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience: Head Digital, CMO, Growth/Performance marketing.
• Practice with GA4, BigQuery, Data Studio / Looker.
• Ability to work with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Understanding AARRR, CAC, LTV, payback period models.
• Experience in product companies (SaaS, media, e-commerce, platforms).
• System thinking, analytical and at the same time creativity.

From our side:

• Hybrid format (2 days a week in the office, the rest - remote).
• Official employment from the first day.

Purpose of the position:

We are developing a new subscription model and are looking for someone who will take on the main challenge - to scale the growth of the audience and income through performance-marketing.

We work two days a week at Parkovo-Syretska 23, three days from home.
