Head of Growth in Magnetics

Congratulations! We are looking for a systematic and experienced professional for the position of Head of Growth for our iGaming company. The main objective of this role is to provide strategic leadership and development that will help us achieve our business goals and increase our key indicators.

🧲 Magnetics is a Ukrainian product marketing agency specializing in on UX-UI, frontend, marketing research, product marketing, display advertising and affiliate marketing. The company was founded in 2014.

What experience do we need?
💥 At least 3 years of experience as a high-level manager in the iGaming vertical
💥 Deep competence, preferably experience with Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets
💥 Key role in responsibility for business indicators, including GGR, LTV, ARPU, ROI
💥 Experience in managing strategic company projects , such as opening new markets and platforms, adapting the organizational structure to the goals, opening new sources of traffic
💥 Deep understanding of the online casino business model and relevant indicators (LTV, Ret Rate, CPA, Conversion)
💥 The ability to effectively read and analyze reports
💥 Ability to formulate complex technical tasks and processes
💥 Effective team management and strategic thinking skills
