Head of group 1C in AURORA

Schedule with partial business trips to the city of Poltava.

Your key tasks:

• development of 1C and business analysts (in-house and outsourced).
• Planning and prioritization of the team's work in accordance with business needs.
• Ensuring the fulfillment of the requirements of business customers within the specified time and with the appropriate quality.
• Management of the backlog of tasks, team resources and loading of specialists.
• Control of the quality of solutions, compliance with development standards and operations.
• Participation in the formation of IT strategy in the part of systems based on 1C.
• Team development: setting goals, evaluation of results, mentoring of key specialists.
• General technical control of development and support of information systems based on 1C 8.3.
• Participation in making architectural decisions and optimizing existing solutions.
• Evaluation of technical implementation of tasks, risks and complexity of changes Consultative support of the team on technical issues (without mandatory daily coding).

We will be great to work together if you:

• You have 3 years of experience in a management or team lead position in IT.
• You have experience managing a development team (inhouse / outsourced).
• You understand the processes of software development, implementation and support.
• You have planning, task prioritization and management skills business expectations.
• You have experience in communication with business customers and management.
• You have experience working with the 1C 8.x platform (as a developer or technical lead) from 3 years.
• You understand the architecture of solutions based on 1C and the principles of integration with other systems.
• Able to evaluate the quality of technical solutions and propose improvements.
• You have an understanding of accounting, tax and management accounting (will be an additional advantage).
• You have experience in participating in or leading ERP / WMS / CRM implementation projects (will be an additional advantage).
• Availability of 1C certificates (will be an additional advantage).
• Understand the basic principles of server infrastructure and DBMS (will be an additional an advantage).
• You have experience working in large distributed teams or corporate IT environments (will be an additional advantage).
