SKILLS &EXPERIENCE Technical skills: Must have:Experience and understanding ofGolang: general programming language knowledge, concurrency patterns and primitives;Experience working onNoSQLdatabases: Elasticsearch (queries, indexes, sharding, performance tuning), Redis; Experience working onrelational databases: PostgreSQLor Microsoft SQL Server (queries, indexes, sharding, partitioning, performance tuning);Experience working onLinux, Kubernetes, Docker: Being able tocollaborate with DevOps (view logs, create K8S deployments, etc);Strong Computer Science fundamentals: OOP/ FP, algorithms, data structures, graphs, trees;Extensive knowledge ofbest practices insoftware design and design patterns: component design, Software Development Life Cycle, testing (unit, integration, e2e), gitflow, CI/CD, etc;Experience incode review process: Work withPR, beable todetect major issues inthe code;Architecture principles and design ofsoftware products: Design patterns (Monolithic, Microservices, SOA, CQRS, Event Driven, etc), system design;Technical Project management: Project risks, How toestimate high level projects. How toparallel tasks inproject. What wemust dowith bad requirements and contradict with proper technical solutions? Technical backlog.
