Head of furniture production in Tia-Sport

We need a professional in his field who has experience in managing furniture production, is determined for professional growth, knows how to organize the work of production and subordinates.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth operation of production (loading shops, execution of the plan, optimization of processes).
2. Control compliance with order deadlines.
3. Control the quality of production processes.
4. Participation in the organization of development of new furniture products and equipment (wood, metal, electricity).
5. Ensure effective management of personnel (craftsmen, assemblers, technicians).

Requirements:

1. Production management experience (must be furniture).
2. Understanding the processes of working with wood, metal, electricity.
