Head of food production in LILAK, TOV

Currently, in connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for a candidate for the position of "Head of Food Production", who will be responsible for the organization and control of the production process.

What you will do:

- Plan and coordinate production processes taking into account quality requirements and production deadlines;

- Control production from the initial phase to finished products;

- Ensure compliance with labor safety and sanitary standards norms.

Required experience:

- 3 years of work experience in process organization and personnel management;

- Availability of a systematic approach, ability to structure tasks and build processes;

- Ability to manage human resources and resolve conflict situations.
