Who we are looking for

Food production manager.

Responsibilities

• Organize timely preparation of production, rational loading and operation of equipment;
• Management of critical control points, in the area of responsibility, according to the ?HACCP plan;
• Ensuring continuous and technological operation of equipment during the technological process in compliance with safety rules and regulations;
• Control of employees' compliance with technological, production and labor discipline, rules and norms of labor protection, industrial sanitation and fire protection;
• Prevention and elimination of the causes of violations of the production process.

Requirements

• Experience of working in a similar position/technologist/shift master in the food industry for at least two years;
• Understanding the technological process of manufacturing and packaging food products;
• Availability of skills in planning production tasks for a shift;
• Possessing knowledge of keeping accounting documentation, reporting on volumes of packaged products, defects, used containers, etc.;
• Availability of leadership qualities, the ability to organize and motivate team;
• Understanding the requirements of HACCP/ISO 22000;
• Ability to multitask, tight deadlines, and a high pace of work.
