• higher education of master's degree or equivalent;
• total work experience of not less than 5 years;
• 2 years of work experience in similar positions, in particular, at least 1 year as a manager in financial services markets;
• knowledge of the regulatory framework of the NBU; knowledge of Ukrainian legislation;
• Important!!! Impeccable business reputation and professional fitness according to the requirements of the Regulation of the NBU Board No. 153 of 2412.2021;
• orientation to the result, responsibility;
• knowledge of basic office programs.

Responsibilities:

• organization and control of the institution;
• support and development of relations with existing customers, improvement of service quality;
• expansion of the customer base by providing clients with information on the entire spectrum of financial services;
• holding meetings and negotiations with existing and new clients, concluding contracts;
• personal control over compliance with NBU regulatory documents;
• li>control over the preservation of valuables and documents;
• preparation of the necessary reporting;
• control over compliance with all license conditions;
• control over the maintenance of all data in the NBU CIS.
