Main duties:

• Development and implementation of a strategy for the development of lending.
 • Construction and implementation of an effective sales system for credit products.
• Active attraction of new customers.
• Formation and management of the sales department.
• Selection, training and motivation personnel.
 • Control of the implementation of sales plans and key indicators.
 • Expansion of the partner network and customer attraction channels.
 • Analysis of the lending market and implementation of competitive advantages.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a managerial position in the field of lending or financial services from 3-5 years.
 • Practical experience in building a sales system.
 • Successful experience in actively involving clients.
 • Experience in forming and managing a team.
 • Leadership qualities, strategic thinking, results orientation.
 • Understanding of the market of credit products.
