Head of Finance (Ukraine, Poland) in LaSoft

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our team in either Ukraine or Poland. In this crucial role, you will:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Manage financial processes such as invoicing, monthly closings, and payment control.
• Lead and mentor a team of two accountants, fostering their professional development.
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external accounting firms to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance.
• Conduct financial analyses to identify improvement areas and optimize financial processes.
• Develop and implement investment programs to maximize returns.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Additional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with significant managerial experience. Experience in the technology or software industry is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Polish language skills are a plus.
