We are looking for a proactive person who can help us build financial processes in the company and build the function of financial partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Management, Financial Analysis, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance and Controlling, preferably within an international company.
• Strong familiarity with the company budgeting process.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven experience in leading change initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Upper-intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:

• Financial process: Build finance business partner function.
• ERP system: Automate the company’s financial processes.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of the assigned functions, offering real-time insights into financial performance.
• Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks and provide recommendations to mitigate these risks.
• Performance Metrics Tracking: Collaborate with managers to define and implement performance metrics that align with financial objectives.
• Forecasting Management: Manage the forecasting process of assigned functions.
