We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance who is ready to play a leading role in the strategic development of the fund's financial direction! Our expectations from the candidate: Work experience in investment funds, IT holding structures and multi-product IT companies; From 3 years of experience in the position of the head of the financial direction and management of a team of 3 people under stubborn subordination; Strong leadership and analytical skills to build a motivated and structured team; Experience of working in jurisdictions: Cyprus, Estonia, Malta, Hong Kong and others; A deep understanding of the construction of management reporting of international accounting standards; English level Upper Intermediate+; Having ACCA certification will be a plus; Your area of ​​responsibility: Management of the fund's financial team; Formation and mentoring of financial teams of the NetSolid Investments ecosystem; Ensuring smooth operation of the treasury department; Planning, selection and implementation of opening bank accounts and payment solutions; Management of the process of formation of fund and project budgets, as well as organization of the fact analysis process; Analysis and processing of primary documentation and formation of P&L, BS, CF in the QuickBooks system; Construction and regular updating of dashboards with key financial metrics; Participation in the structuring and preparation of processes for changes in legislation regarding the activities of foreign companies; Optimization of the tax burden and management of the process of timely submission of reports and audits, ensuring a regular process of passing the CIC; Management of the process of passive investment of the fund; Choose NetSolid Investments and enjoy many benefits ⬇️🌴 Vacation: You will receive 23 working days of paid vacation to recover your strength and enjoy your vacation.
