Head of Finance / CFO in CLUST

Within our ecosystem, founders can create IT products from scratch using proven methodologies, business networking , operational and legal support.

We also help working Ukrainian IT businesses to enter the markets of Europe, Asia, Latin America and the USA.

In connection with the development of the company, we are looking for < b>Head of Finance/CFO.

What will need to be done:
—Development of financial management strategy and budgeting system for CLUST eco-system companies ;
— Creation of a complex financial infrastructure that meets the needs of projects and expectations of shareholders;
— Audit of financial statements of relevant projects and transfer of their budgets to overall planning;
— Development of financial models and forecasting for evaluation of various strategic development options;
— Preparation of profit and loss (PL), cash flow (CF) and balance sheet (BS) statements;
— Modeling and analysis of financial flows to optimize company resources;
— Agreeing on goals for subordinates of the financial department.

What is important to us:
— 3+ years of work experience in a similar position;
— Experience with foreign by legal entities;
—Skills for working with various payment systems;
—Sound knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices;
—Understanding the principles of tax legislation of different countries;
—High level of system knowledge , analytical and strategic thinking;
—High level of communication skills;
—Experience with Quickbooks will be an advantage;
—Knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate+ level.
