We invite the head of the financial department to join our team Requirements: Higher education in the field of finance, accounting or economics; Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position; In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and financial analysis; High level of analytical skills and the ability to make strategic financial decisions; Ability to work in conditions at a high pace. Functional responsibilities: To form the budget of the enterprise based on the indicators of the analysis of the financial activity of the enterprise and to monitor the implementation of the budget for the purpose of rational use of financial resources. To set up the process of qualitative financial analysis and compliance with key indicators of financial efficiency. To organize and monitor the work of accountable persons. To calculate salaries and bonuses (to 10+ employees). To conduct an economic analysis of the company’s activities based on the data of management accounting and reporting in order to eliminate unjustified costs, effective use of the company’s resources. To form and timely submit to the management complete and reliable information about the company’s activities, its property status, profits and expenses.
